  七、阅读教学的认识及定位:

  本课属于第一课时,即阅读新授课。在学习本课前,学生已经学过了关于现在进行时的单词:playing ,swimming 等;句型:What are you doing? I’m …. Where are you going? I’m going to the… .等简单的句子。

  通过本课的学习,学生将继续巩固现在进行时和句型Where are you going? I’m going to the… .并能灵活应用这两种句型What are you doing? I’m …;Where are you going? I’m going to the… .并进一步灵活应用语言进行交际。

  Teaching Objectives:

  1. Language and skill Objectives:

  1) Function: a. Be able to ask and answer fluently using the two drills, What are you doing? Where are you going?

  b. Make the students read the conversation fluently and act it out.

  2) Vocabulary: Make the students understand the word “island” and the new sentence “Come with me”in this conversation;

  1) To make the students master the communication, cooperation, decision-making and learning strategies.

  2) Know about some famous islands of our country and the world,and know about Diao-yu Island which is our country’s.

  1)To have Ss to act the conversation fluently.

  Ⅰ Pre-reading

  1. PPT Game ‘Which word can you see?’to review some verbing learnt before.

  (通过游戏让孩子玩一玩,调节课堂气氛进入学习状态,同时通过游戏复习了一些列的动词ing,为新课的学习做好铺垫.)

  2. Singing songs ‘What are you doing’ to review some verbing drills learnt before.

  (用欢快的歌曲放松情绪,提高兴趣,加强师生间的感情交流。给学生创造学习英语的氛围。并复习已学的现在进行时句型。为下一步学习做好铺垫。)

  Ⅱ While-reading

  1. PPT Game ‘Guessing game’ to review some verbing learnt before, and learn the new sentences ‘Come with me ! ’

  (让孩子在游戏的轻松氛围里,复习几个动词ing,并提供具体的语言环境,通过此引入新的句子语言知识点Come with me !和 an island.)

  2. Practice the dialogue: A: Where are you going ?

  B: I’m going to an island.

  (多种形式的各种练习,可以强化学生对此句型的印象,逐一突破本课的句型难点和重点。)

  3. Listen , watch and read.

  (带着问题先听后观看,加强学生的听力和阅读理解能力,并通过学生的朗读检测学生对新授课文单词的理解。为下一步语言的输出做好铺垫。)

  4. Act the conversation out.

  (词不离句,句不离段,通过表演,使学生对本课的conversation理解更加深刻。)

  Ⅲ After-reading

  1.Listen and watch the new story .

  (观看一个新的故事,有图像的动画故事,小学五年级的孩子很容易被吸引。在看的过程中加强孩子听力与阅读理解力)

  2.Listen and answer the teacher’s questions.

  (多听一次,加深对文章的理解。)

  3. Talk about the pictures and fill in the blanks,then make the story.

  ( 检测学生对文章的理解,并提供机会给学生完成自己的阅读故事书,体现小组合作能力,激发学生参与活动的积极性,同时也体现同学之间互相关怀团结友爱的精神)
