May Day 五一
April 28th Saturday Fine
It was Saturday， just before May Day. My classmates and I went to the park nearby， we didn't go there for amusement but took part in voluntary labor.
We got there at 9：00. We were pided into three groups and then began working. The students in Group One planted trees and watered flowers. The task for Group Two was collecting the litter left about by tourists and cleaning the benches. The group I was in got to the Children's Play ground and wiped all the equipment clean. We worked very hard. At 11：00， when all the work was finished up， all my classmates met again. Although everyone was in a sweat， yet we felt happy because we had done good job.

今天是星期六，是在五一劳动节之前。我和我的同学去附近的公园，我们不是去那里娱乐，而是去参加义务劳动。
我们在9:00到达那里。我们分为三组，然后开始工作。第一组学生种植树木和花草浇水。而第二组的任务是捡起游客留下的垃圾和清洁长凳。我在的组去了儿童游乐场给所有的`设备清洁。我们工作很努力。在11:00，所有的工作都完成了，我的同学们再次集合。虽然每个人都满身是汗，但我们感到高兴，因为我们做了很好的工作。

When I got home, it wass very dark. Why? There is no electric. Every year in Beijing, there is lack of electric to supply. Because there are a lot of factories. And it is very cold in winter. So the government decided: supply electric to resident and the factories must stop working. My house is in the manufacturing district. I was unlucky. It was very cold. So my father use the electric making machine to make electric. Oh! What a unlucky winter!
It was cooler than yesterday. One of my father’s friends invited me to eat red bayberries. You must know it is unusual. Because we will climb the hill to eat red bayberries. There is no chance to eat red bayberries in the hill for the people who don’t live in Beijing. On the hill, you can breathe the fresh air, you can listen birds singing and you can eat red bayberries. It was enjoyable. It is said there are wild pigs in the hill. What a beautiful natural.

“叮铃铃，叮铃铃……”这节是英语课，迎面而来的不只是丰富有趣的英语知识，更叫人精神振奋的是我们四个小组之间的激烈争夺。告诉你，如果这节课你组上的分数，你们整组的人就可以给自己加上5分哦。
马上就要开始了，只见同学们都精神抖擞，有的和组上的同学互相加油打气，有的正暗下决心，准备和别组的同学一决高下。我们都把背挺得直直的，双手放得平平的，期待着这场较量。
这场较量就从抢答环节正式开始了。每当老师点开一张图片，我们组的`猛将佳澍几乎都能最早抢答出来。当佳澍清澈响亮的声音第一个快速地钻入我的耳朵时，我便暗暗高兴，因为呀，他这样就为我们抢到了一分啊！没过多久，由于佳澍的丰功伟绩，我们组遥遥。我高兴地望着我的竞争对手黄天舒，只见他正呲牙咧嘴，那双眼睛瞪得老大，我仿佛能看到他眼中徘徊的怒火，我得意地笑了笑，对他说：“好好努力吧！”
“什么！”由于第一组朗读整齐，第二组黄天舒的大嗓门，第四组的纪律好，我们很快又齐头并进，分数不相上下。我一下子紧张起来，提高了警惕，更加卖力地读了起来。而黄天舒却松了口气，冲着我“嘿嘿”地笑了两声。
这节课快接近尾声了，我的心也随之被提了起来，开始保佑不要出什么差错。可是，天不随人愿，刘伯杰他们几个却在这个关头说起话来，偏偏被英语老师发现了，我们组被扣了一分。第二组获胜！我知道事已成定局，望着天舒长叹了口气，他却高兴地和同学们击掌庆祝着。
这就是英语课上的较量。

chinese new year is a chinese traditional festival. we also call it the spring festival. it is on lunar january 1st.
on new year’s eve, all the people sit around the desk and have a big family dinner. there are some vegetables, some fish, some meat, some fruits and some drink like juice, coke, pepsi and some nice wine. overall, this is a good and delicious dinner. after dinner, we always watch tv new year progammes. we have a wonderful evening on new year’s eve.
on the first day of the spring festival, most of people get up early and say “happy new year” to each other. for breakfast, people often eat dumplings and baozi. after breakfast, people often make many delicious foods, and children often play cards, computer games and fireworks. on the second and third day, we visit friends and relatives.
everyone is busy on chinese new year, and everyone is happy, too.

耶！过年了！
一连下了好几天的大雪，破坏了人们过新年的好心情。可是，今儿个总算老天有眼，正月初一赶上了一个大晴天。那跳跃着的阳光调皮地钻进人们的新衣里，发丝里，小朋友装放糖果的口袋里，软融融，暖洋洋的。那舒服劲儿，嗯……，别提了！
听啊，那满载着新年喜气的噼里啪啦的爆竹声，从昨儿晚上十二点一连串的响到这会儿，仿佛预示着人们在这特殊的2010会好事连连，蒸蒸日上，欣欣向荣。
弟弟期末考试考了一个一百分，叔叔买了好多爆竹给他作为奖赏。弟弟放爆竹可是能手，什么花样他那小脑袋都能在眼睛骨碌一转间想出来。即使疯玩一天下来，脸上像个小丑似的，新衣裳也被烫了零星的小洞洞，他也无所谓，照样进行着他的“非常计划”。奶奶对此也总是“无可奈何”的笑笑。
瞧！我家门口坐满了人，亲戚们围在一起天南海北地聊着，人人脸上都笑开了花，他们工作的.疲倦和生活的压力，仿佛都被大红的喜气冲走了吧！笑声，说话声，还有那小小的嗑瓜子，嚼蚕豆的声音交融在一起，不显嘈杂，却更显和谐，也许只有在无忧无虑的春节才有这般的感受吧！
今天晚上是我最享受的一个晚上。按我们村的习俗，大年初一晚上是要吃团圆饭的。天渐黑，家里人便忙活起来，我也来帮忙，吉利热闹的气氛和那碗碰撞发出的叮叮咚咚的声音让我觉得很幸福。一切准备就绪，大家也都上了桌，按照惯例，每个人都要说一句吉祥话来庆祝新年，叔叔婶婶、父母都挺“讨厌”的，把我所能想到的词都说了。唉，苦恼！突然脑中亮了一盏神灯，我笑了笑，举起茶杯（以茶代酒）：“祝大家吉祥平安天天乐，运转乾坤步步高。”大家都羡慕地看着我，露出了满意的笑容，那是对我的称赞，我心里比樱桃更甜！
